This is the new scale and clip design for the Spyderco Smock knife. It is the result of a collaboration between REK Knives and RG Custom Metal Works.
NOTE: No knife is included! These are only replacement parts for the scales, clip and lanyard plug for the Spyderco Smock knife.
This design features a new REK Hex pattern and shallow surface contours which provide better grip and an attractive finish.
These scales and clip are made from Grade 5 titanium, milled in the USA by RG Custom Metal Works.
This design includes a new, deep pocket clip which attaches with no visible screws to provide a much cleaner look and more comfortable feel. The clip is moved to the end of the knife which allows for a much deeper and more discrete carry. There is also a small radius across the top of the scales which makes the knife fit better in the pocket and hand.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Early versions of the Smock knife had a smaller pivot screw. These scales are only designed to work with the bigger, newer pivot screw. If you look at the pictures for this product you can clearly see if your pivot screw is correct.
